$149 a month — is it really worth it?
The current plan is $149/mo after trial. One avoided bad drive day or one job booked into a tighter route can cover the month — but we do not pretend it replaces a dispatcher or answering service today.
Does Genius answer my phone for me?
Not today. Genius helps while you or your team handle the request: enter the details, see route-fit times, choose the promise, and send the confirmation.
What if it books a job I don't want?
Genius recommends; you decide. The app checks service area, active services, hours, buffers, and connected calendar busy time before offering slots.
Do I need a new phone number?
No for the current owner-assisted flow. Genius drafts the message and falls back to your own Messages/share sheet whenever business texting is unavailable or still being approved.
Does it sync with my CRM?
Not yet. Today Genius has its own lightweight customer/job workspace and can use connected calendar busy time. Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and other CRM syncs are future integration work.
I'm a one-person shop — which plan do I need?
Start with Genius Pro. It is built for the owner answering calls, booking jobs, and trying to keep the route tight before adding heavier team workflows.
